Low cost accommodation in "full time" formula...
for those who come from afar.

We have a fridge, a microwave oven, 2 hotplates, a few pans, saucepans and kitchen accessories, crockery for 8 people, glasses, a coffee maker, a teapot, a gas heater for the winter (bottle not included), a barbecue for the summer (charcoal not included), a washroom, tea towels, towels and a brand new shower.

 

For sleeping, we provide mattresses for a maximum of 4/5 people in the studio. For your supplies, a grocery store is a 5-minute walk away as well as a café on the village square and restaurants.

 

It's up to you now to bring your sleeping bags, coffee... and your good mood!

  • You are 4 members of a group and reserve 2 days to register,

  • The studio offers you the installation for free the day before, so you come on Friday from 6:00 p.m. ("no stress!"),

  • You stay in the studio on 4 mattresses provided the night of Friday and Saturday,

  • You have free access to the studio's wifi (browsing: yes, downloading: NO),

  • You record 12 hours mini / day (note: no battery after 10 p.m. in the evening),

  • You leave the studio until midnight on Sunday (last hour).

 

Price calculation: 700 euros x 2 days + (2 nights x 4 people) + free installation = 756 euros including tax

An example of a budget for a"full time" stay WITHOUT sound engineer(you come with yours)

as part of a3 day weekend... (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

 

  • You are 4 members of a group and book 3 days to record with your sound engineer,

  • The studio offers you the installation for free the day before, so you come on Friday from 6:00 p.m. ("no stress!"),

  • You stay in the studio on 4 mattresses provided for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights,

  • You have free access to the studio's wifi (browsing: yes, downloading: NO),

  • You record without time limit (note: no battery after 10 p.m.),

  • You leave the studio until midnight on Sunday (last hour).

 

Calculation: 175 euros x 3 days + (3 nights x 4pers) + free installation + free accommodation in a separate room for the sound engineer

=> 525+84 euros (accommodation)= 609 euros including tax

The best place to store your music...

STUDIODULAC is a recording studio located near Annecy (74) which brings together the best of vintage analog to obtain "the grain": STUDER 900 series console, Neumann, Akg, Audix, Lem, Beyer, Rode microphones , Sennheiser... and high-end professional digital for dynamics, in other words musically: "the potato": 24-channel 192 KHz Motu HD converters, Digital Performer under Apple MAC Pro 64 bits - 2.8GHz Quad Core Nehalem - 32GB of ram - 1Tera Internal hard disk.

 

STUDIODULAC is also a place that serves as a workshop (capacity of 5 people maximum) for training sessions carried out by external service providers:  voice coaching (voice placement and recording, introduction to recording techniques with sound engineer), masterclass, recording of video clips, etc.

 

From Paris to Annecy, you are 4 hours away by train (Gare de Lyon). For a stay of at least 3 days, we pick you up by car for free at the station and we bring you back for the return... That's how we see things. If you wish to be accompanied by your sound engineer, we offer him to be accommodated in a room separate from the studio also for free... We are the accommodating type!

Studiodulac,  is also a cozy and discreet place to rehearse regularly or in "residence" for the day or the week to prepare usefully for a concert or for specific studio work in outside of the recording session schedule.

 

In summer or winter, some professional musicians use the studio as a vacation home...

A sono  and theinstrumentsare made available for "ready to play hands in pockets" sessions. Large walled car park for parking, outdoor relaxation area... we will make you love working in the studio!

1) Do you want to prepare effectively and stress-free for studio work, get a rhythm going, identify the aspects that are not going well in your group? change of scenery? concentrate solely on singing while benefiting from an eye and advice from the pros?

 

This is coaching you need for half a day or a full day of awareness with the sound engineer of your choice and the owner of the studio who "plays" the role of moderator.

 

2) Do you want to prepare a concert?rehearse for fun with friends without having to "carry around" all your equipment, assemble, disassemble and wear yourself out putting it all away after a hard day's work? You want to start a group or start auditions in a discreet place...All the equipment is on site, bass, drums, piano, guitars, sound system, vocal microphones... it's up to you.
